Where to stay

Choose your Lisbon

Sleeping in the city centre means noise and crowds in summer. Our guests stay where Lisbon breathes: on the coastline west and south of the city, close enough for every museum, miradouro and Fado night.

Good to know

Booking questions, answered

Is staying on the coast really practical for visiting Lisbon?
Yes, and most guests end up preferring it. The Cascais line train runs along the sea into the city centre, and from Margem Sul the ferry drops you at the foot of the old town. City days, beach evenings.
How do I book?
Directly on this site through our booking page, with live availability. Booking direct means the local team that manages the home hosts your stay from first message to check-out.
Which base is best for families?
Carcavelos and Parede for the big beach and easy train, Guincho and Birre for villas with gardens and pools, and the bay of Cascais for sheltered swimming. Tell us who is coming and we will point you right.
When is the best time to visit?
May, June and September are the sweet spot: warm sea, long days, and Lisbon without the August crowds. June brings the Santos Populares street parties, worth planning around.
Do you host longer stays?
Yes. Many homes host month-plus stays, especially outside high summer. Remote workers on the Lisbon coast are some of our favourite guests.
