  • Can I order a welcome pack or a list of groceries?

     - Absolutely, we can provide you with one of our standard welcome baskets. Wish you will find on our check-in app. Alternatively you can send us a list of ingredients which we can have delivered on the date of your stay for an additional fee. Note: this service should be ordered with at least 48 hours notice.

  • Do you accept pets?

         - Pets are strictly not allowed at any of our properties regardless of size or behaviour as it is part of the agreement we have with our owners. The only exceptions we make are for registered guide dogs. 


  • Can you have or provide baby equipment?

    - Baby items do have an additional cost:


    📌 Baby cot including linen per night (min 3 nights) – €9.00

    📌 Baby high chair per night (min 3 nights) – €6.00

    📌 Baby tub (min 3 nights) – €5.00

  • May we have a dinner party or celebration at the villa or apartment

         - None of our properties allow guests to have parties. However, depending on the circumstances and only with prior arrangements in place with our agency, we can allow small dinner parties with a limited number of guests. Please reach out to our team on HolidayPropertyManager@gmail.com. 

    * Parties and loud music are strictly not allowed at any of our properties and actions may be taken should there be any complaints from the neighbours relating to excessive noise. 

    * Please note, the legal quiet times are between 23:00 to 07:00. Please limit noise (phone calls, TV, etc.)

    * Additional guests are not allowed without the express permission of the management agency.


  • I arrive late at night. How will I get the keys?

     For late night or early morning arrivals, we need to charge our Welcomer fee. Please consult the check in app for the cost of a late check in as well as late check outs. 


  • Which amenities can we expect on arrival?

         - Hygiene products – we provide soap, shampoo, bin bags and toilet paper in all of our homes. 

         - Starter Packs -In some areas we further provide salt & pepper, olive oil & vinegar as well as a starter pack of dishwasher tablets, washing machine pods. Plus basic cleaning supplies including as dishwashing detergent, floor and general cleaner.  

         - Towels & Bedding - We provide one set of bed linen & bathroom towels (two per guest). By arrangement, we can provide additional linen or cleaning on a daily basis at a charge per hour (team of two).

  • What is TT?

       - We are obliged to collect Tourist Tax for the municipality for all guests staying in paid accommodation. The fee is usually 2€ per person per night, with a maximum charge of 14€ per person, children under thirteen are not subject to this tax.

  • Does your property have beach towels or shall we bring our own?

    - Save space in your suitcases for all the shopping you want to take home. Beach towels and beach umbrellas are available to rent at €7.50 per item per week. You can add these and baby equipment at the time of your online booking.

  • What is the best way to get to the property?

         - We offer convenient airport transportation services. Feel free to check out our pre-check in app for further details and pricing.
