The property is a penthouse apartment being the only apartment on that floor which gives you perfect peace and quiet on your holiday as well as total privacy.
On the lower level of the apartment you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a laundry room off the side. As you enter the property, the ample living and dining area is great for the family or a group to relax and enjoy the afternoons and evenings.
Down a separate hallway away from the living area there are three spacious bedrooms with excellent storage space in each. First bedroom is en-suite with two single beds while the other two rooms offer a queen and king bed with a full family sized bathroom with large shower cubicle.
A shared bathroom is located in the corridor for the two double bedrooms. The two single beds can be made into a double upon request and is on suite.
On the second floor you will find a beautiful and bright space to bar-lounge. Perfect for evening drinks at the bar or to wake up to your daily mat (yoga or Pilates) workout and a wonderful home made breakfast.
The large terrace outside includes a table fit for 6, perfect for enjoying summer dining outside, be it breakfast or a sunset meal. A small lounge pod is perfect for soaking in the sunset and enjoying the fresh air over a sundowner. The terrace is also equipped with a hot tub perfect for enjoying those balmy summer evenings. The apartment also has the possibility to be air conditioned with mobile air-conditioning units. Please let us know if you will require any units ahead of your arrival.
This apartment has a mandatory cleaning staff member who will go once a week to spruce up, clean the kitchen, bathrooms and floors.
If you would like to have more hours for changing beds etc, this can be arranged on request for an additional fee.
The jacuzzi hot tub requires some weekly maintenance which is easily administered via a pill. Guests will be expected to administer this if use of the hot tub is made.
