This is a self-catering apartment.
We provide:
-Linen for each bed (1 set)
-Towels for each guest (1 set – bath towel and hand towel)
-Hygiene products – soap, shampoo and toilet paper (for the first night)
Extra linen and towels have a cost:
-Double bed changeover including towels - €21.00
-Single bed changeover including towels - €17.00
-Hourly maid service upon request
Please note that all extras such as cots and high chairs are available for hire. They incur a small charge. Please message us to enquire about the pricing of the rented items.
Please know that for late arrivals, the following charges will apply:
-For arrival at the property between 20h00 and 23h00 - €25.00
-For arrival at the property after 23h00 - €50.00.
-We are obliged to collect Tourist Tax for the city of Cascais, in cash on each arrival. The fee is 2€ per person per
night, with a maximum charge of 14€ per person, children under thirteen are not subject to this tax.
Parties and loud music are strictly not allowed at any of our properties and actions may be taken should there be any
complaints from the neighbours relating to excessive noise.
Please note, the legal quiet times are between 23:00 to 07:00. Please limit noise - phone calls, tv, etc.
Additional guests are not allowed without the express permission of the management agency.
Pets are not allowed at any of our properties regardless of size or behaviour as it is part of the agreement we have
with our owners.
