This property has a niche spacious deck with BBQ facilities, ideal for enjoying a relaxing evening by twilight. Or to be used by day for some sunlight bathing. It also has a welcoming front veranda, should you wish to contemplate the Portuguese world go by, although discretely mostly unseen. Take advantage and maybe have a drink whilst you soak it all in.
The kitchen is fully equipped : fridge with freezer; gas stove; electric oven; microwave; dishwasher; washing machine; electric kettle, toaster. The kitchen adjacent to the patio proves very practical for your outdoor meal preparations.
Main bedroom has a double bed, private bathroom with shower. The second bedroom with double bed, and a third bedroom with a queen size bed with private bathroom with bathtub/shower and 2 basins. The 4th bedroom has 2 single beds 90x200. The sofa converts into a double bed therefore can sleep another 2 guests should it be required. This is a self-catering apartment.
We provide:
-Linen for each bed (1 set)
-Towels for each guest (1 set – bath towel and hand towel)
-Hygiene products – soap, shampoo and toilet paper (for the first night)
Extra linen and towels have a cost:
Double bed changeover including towels - €15.95
Single bed changeover including towels - €12.95
Hourly maid service upon request
Please note that all extras such as cots and high chairs are available for hire. They incur a small charge. Please message us to enquire about the pricing of the rented items.
Please know that for late arrivals, the following charges will apply:
For arrival at the property between 20h00 and 23h00 - €25.00
For arrival at the property after 23h00 - €50.00.
We are obliged to collect Tourist Tax for the city of Cascais, in cash on each arrival. The fee is 2€ per person per night, with a maximum charge of 14€ per person, children under thirteen are not subject to this tax.
We are a no shoe house, and ask you to do the same. We have a few slippers for your use, and encourage you to bring you own
No smoking indoors.
Do not use items that are covered on the back deck.
Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning is programmed, so are the ground lights and sprinklers, please do not touch.
Garage is off limits.
Please avoid having toiletries in aluminium cans (e.g.: shaving cream, deodorants) in direct contact with the WC tiles, as they rust easily.
Parties and loud music are strictly not allowed at any of our properties and actions may be taken should there be any complaints from the neighbors relating to excessive noise. Please note, the legal quiet times are between 23:00 to 07:00. Please limit noise (phone calls, tv, etc.)
Additional guests are not allowed without the express permission of the management agency.
Pets are not allowed at any of our properties regardless of size or behavior as it is part of the agreement we have with our owners.
