A large private villa recently modernly decorated and refurnished. Swimming Pool & extensive gardens - great location for the perfect family holiday just minutes from the world famous Guincho Beach and from the historical centre of Cascais.

Terrace is equipped with bbq, table and chairs for Al Fresco dining. Pool has a saline water system and equipped seating area.

Cascais train station, which has a regular service to Estoril and Lisbon, is about 5-10 minutes from the property. With a host of holiday activities on your doorstep, including six superb golf courses, the historic town of Sintra (a World Heritage Site), beautiful sandy beaches and the Estoril Casino, Lisbon Coast offers all the ingredients for a memorable holiday!

  • We can provide a starter hamper for a small supplement – email us for a quote.
  • We arrange golf packages and offer special rates on green fees to our self catering guests. It may be possible to play with local ex-pats on one of the many excellent golf courses surrounding Lisbon and Cascais. Just email us asking for our offers.
  • In addition, whilst the golfers are playing a round of golf, we could arrange to take non-golfers on a day excursion . See our tours section (walking tour of Lisbon, Obidos, Sintra or many more options)
  • Our accommodation prices include bed linen and bathroom towels. End of Stay clean 105Euros. We can provide additional cleaning on a daily basis at a charge of €7.50 per hour (two hour minimum)
  • Save space in your suitcases for all the shopping you want to take home. Beach towels and beach umbrellas are available to rent at €7.50 per item per week.

Living Room 1 is decorated in neutral tones, marble floors and light coloured walls that provide a light and spacious living room for relaxing indoors

Living Room 2 is decorated with more traditional Portuguese colours with beautiful wooden ornaments surrounding the room, also with marble floors, light coloured walls and a large window that allows the light to flow in.

Dining Room has a large wooden table in the centre of a light room with another family room attached with a couple sofas to relax and enjoy the spacious and airy room

Our accommodation price includes one set of bed linen & bathroom towels.
A compulsory end of stay cleaning fee of 105Euros applies.
An optional mid way clean with a change of linen and towels will cost 85Euros. An extra set of linen & towels (without a clean) will cost 65Euros.

Externally

Very close to the beautiful Guincho beach and within 5 minutes’ walk of a small shopping centre and a superb Portuguese restaurant. Lisbon only 25 minutes away and Cascais & Sintra only 5 and 15 minutes, you can get all the cosmopolitan and night life you need.

Not far from the property, you have a small shopping centre, a pharmacy and one or two good local restaurants. About a 20-minute walk towards the ocean (or a 5-minute bus ride), you have the Casa da Guia complex with its numerous restaurants, speciality shops, jazz café, hairdresser and much more. Ten minutes more to walk to the Cascais Marina and a further 5 minutes into Cascais centre.

Coast / Beach

The nearest beach is around 1.2km from the property; other beaches on the Cascais / Estoril coast are within easy driving distance 10 to 15 minutes along the coast road. A few mins drive away is the magnificent, spectacular Guincho coastline, with sandy beaches and rocky coves or towards Lisbon is the alternative popular surfing beach of Carcavelos.

Golf

There are 8 excellent golf courses within a 20 min drive from Cascais.
The golf courses of Oitavos, Quinta da Marinha, Quinta da Beloura, Estoril (27 holes) are nearby all within 10 to 15 minutes drive.
Penha Longa (27 holes), Belas, the Lisbon Sports Club are within a 20 to 30 min drive.
Around an hour’s drive are Praia D’El Rey, Ribagolfe I & II, St Estavao, Qtª do Peru, Aroeira I & II, Montado and Troia golf courses.
The Quinta da Marinha Oitavos course, the newest in the region, designed by the famous American architect Arthur Hills, is the first course in Europe and the second in the world to have the Audubon International ‘Certified Signature Sanctuary/Gold’. With excellent views over the Palácio da Pena and Cabo da Roca.
The Atlântico da Penha Longa course has already been the scene of several European Tour competitions. This hilly course offers broad magnificent views over the countryside that surrounds you with the mountains and the sea.

Travel

From Lisbon airport, Cascais is just 27 km (just under 30 mins).
Cheap flights to Lisbon airport available from Monarch, Easyjet, TAP, and British Airways. Or drive up from Faro it's just 2 and a quarter hours.
Bus transfer to Cais do Sodre station in Lisbon then on the train to Cascais.
